1. Overview

Welcome to SoundSonas. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SoundSonas platform, including our desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

SoundSonas is currently in its early-access stage. Features and policies may change over time.

2. Eligibility

To use SoundSonas, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have a stable internet connection.
  • Use only one account per person.

Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, scripts, or automation tools to manipulate activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Platform Description

SoundSonas allows you to earn passive income by securely sharing your unused internet. By installing and running our desktop application, you enable SoundSonas to route secure, encrypted data traffic through your connection. This bandwidth is used by trusted third-party partners for various business purposes, such as content delivery, market research, and web intelligence.

The Platform is free to use and requires no additional hardware.

4. Rewards & Earnings

You earn money (“Rewards”) based on the amount of unused internet you share through the Platform. SoundSonas reserves the right to:

  • Modify earning rates or thresholds without notice.
  • Adjust or revoke Rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
  • Delay or deny payouts for accounts under review.

Rewards are not transferable, may not be sold, and do not represent ownership, equity, or investment in SoundSonas.

The minimum withdrawal threshold is $0.50, but this amount may change without notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use bots, macros, scripts, emulators, or automation to manipulate activity.
  • Simulate activity without actual data sharing.
  • Create multiple accounts.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the Platform.
  • Use the Platform in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Content Ownership

All logos, graphics, text, and other content displayed on the Platform are the property of SoundSonas or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or reuse this content outside of the Platform without explicit permission.

7. Platform Availability

While we strive to provide continuous access, SoundSonas may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or delays in payout processing.

8. No Investment Relationship

Your use of the Platform is solely for the purpose of earning passive income through bandwidth sharing. SoundSonas is not an investment service, and participation does not constitute a financial investment. Rewards are not guaranteed and have no fixed value.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently disable your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Prolonged inactivity
  • Regulatory, legal, or compliance issues

Rewards in suspended or terminated accounts may be forfeited.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Analytics Providers – for traffic measurement and performance analysis.
  • Network Partners – for secure bandwidth routing and data processing.
  • Payment Processors – for managing payouts and financial transactions.

SoundSonas is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings potential, or the accuracy of displayed data.
